What is Asthma?

Asthma is a chronic lung problem that involves inflammation and a narrowing of the airways. I have several videos that explain the causes and natural solutions for asthma and other chronic lung problems. Here’s one to get you started:

One of the main factors involved in the development of asthma involves an unhealthy microflora so anything that damages the microflora and the immune system can cause asthma.

The first step to restoring lung function will be avoiding the following:
– Vaccinations
– Medications especially Antibiotics and Tylenol
– Unhealthy meats (that have been treated with antibiotics)
– GMO’s and Glyphosate (avoid all non-organic food)
– Artificial Sweeteners

Obviously probiotics will be essential to restoring the microflora, but what would be even better than a probiotic supplement would be to consume properly fermented foods. One spoonful of fermented foods like sauerkraut contain more probiotics than an entire bottle of probiotic supplements. You can learn more about this in the video below:

Here are some foods and nutrients that are particularly beneficial for asthma:
Omega 3 (fish oil, preferably from sardines, mackerel, or anchovies)
Fermented food (kefir, kombucha, sauerkraut)
Black seed (aka nigella sativa, black cumin)
Raw Dairy (avoid milk that has been pasteurized, homogenized and treated with antibiotics or hormones)
Glutathione (garlic, onions, and cruciferous vegetables)
Turmeric
Vitamin D (Sun Exposure or Vitamin D3 supplementation with vitamin K2)
